  • Includes review of all client onboarding documents and generation of coaching plan, three one-hour sessions, worksheets and exercises to do in-between sessions, and limited support via text/e-mail in-between sessions.

• 6 Session Package, $899

  • Includes review of all client onboarding documents and generation of coaching plan, six one-hour sessions, worksheets and exercises to do in-between sessions, and limited support via text/e-mail in-between sessions. These sessions can also be used for health coaching or coaching with the HMI Heal Candida Now program.

Session topics can include:
